We accept returns of undamaged jewelry, provided the order number is included, within 5 business days of receipt if the item is defective. Returns must be announced in advance via email to info@schattner-diamonds.ch. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for further details.

Pack the piece of jewelry securely and ship it insured.

Refunds are usually processed within 10 business days. We will contact you regarding the details.

Please note that custom-made items or jewelry with engraving are excluded from exchange or refund.
