Payment options at Schattner Diamonds

To make your shopping experience with us as convenient as possible, we offer a variety of secure and proven payment methods:

Available payment methods

• credit card
  We accept all major credit cards such as Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and others. Payment is processed securely and encrypted through our payment service providers.

• Apple Pay & Google Pay (G Pay)
  Fast, secure and convenient – pay directly with Apple Pay or Google Pay via your smartphone or compatible device.

• PayPal
  Use your PayPal account for easy and fast payment.

• Bank transfer / Invoice
  If you wish to pay by traditional bank transfer, please select the "Manual Payment" option at checkout. You will receive our bank details immediately as part of the process.

• TWINT
  Payments via TWINT are also possible. Please select " Manual Payment " during the order process. You will receive the TWINT payment information immediately as part of the process.

Installment payment

We offer you the option of paying for your purchase in 3 installments without additional interest. The terms and conditions are as follows:

• Processing fee: A one-time fee of CHF 25 will be charged, which will be deducted directly from the first installment.

• Payment plan: The total amount will be divided into three equal installments (each 1/3 of the total price).

• Production start: As soon as we receive the first payment, we will begin manufacturing your jewelry.

• Due date: The following installments are due at the end of each subsequent month (e.g. March -> April -> May).

If you would like to use the installment payment option, please enter the keyword "installment payment" in the order comments and select "manual payment" as your payment method. We will contact you after receiving your order to clarify the details.
